Fuel for your body

To get your new habit is in place, I recommend that you always have the following foods at home:

• Fruit and berries, e.g. blueberries, mangoes, raspberries.

• When it is season, it is of course yummy with fresh favorites but always make sure it is in the freezer.

• Lentils, beans, seeds, nuts, muesli, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and chili.

• Tuna, chicken, salmon, broccoli, eggs, canned tomatoes, carrots and more. proteins and vegetables that you like.

• Yogurt Quark has become my favorite, otherwise full cream yoghurt.

The basis of my habit when it comes to fuel is either homemade muesli, yoghurt protein bread (recipe below) or yogurt-based breakfast with some of the ingredients above.
