Biz Rev goes all in with Plett-Rätt.
After a session we had together in December 2024, BizRev decided to take the insights further and dig into each and everyone’s behaviours with the unique tool Key Behavior.
A wonderful bunch of colleagues , so motivated and inspired. Down you can read their reflections .
The session was set up to get the BizRev team to understand who we are and who the people are within the organization.
We looked at how the human mind works and how we can use that to find our USP. We looked at our own individual strengths and weaknesses and how we can use that to identify potential gaps within the team.
I found that not only did I grow and learn a whole lot about the team I work with. It was truly vulnerable and I will definitely use the lessons I learnt in the future.

Ioday remembered me of why I woke up each day. Wiv has managed to communicate how we need to embrace change and that communication is vital every day all day. We have the great team and owe doing great things.
